About Dr. Brian Graham
Dr. Brian Graham is the Superintendent of the Grand Island Central School District. Grand Island is located 20 minutes north of Buffalo NY. Previous to this appointment, he served as the Assistant Superintendent of Pupil Personnel Services in the West Seneca Central School District. He also spent seven years as a middle school principal and three years as an elementary principal in West Seneca.
In addition to his professional development work with teachers and administrators, Dr. Graham has worked with teachers in training as an adjunct professor in the Daemen College graduate program for teacher certification. Dr. Graham is listed as a contributor in the book Using Curriculum Mapping & Assessment Data to Improve Learning by Bena Kallick and Jeff Colosimo. His contribution appears in Chapter 5 in a section entitled “Overcoming Roadblocks to Success: Persevering to Make Curriculum Mapping Work.”
